Welcome to ServiceMaster by ASAP's website. We thank you for visiting our website and hope you decide to choose us for your cleaning and/or restoration needs.

ServiceMaster by ASAP is a Rochester family-owned business who have been in the cleaning and restoration industry for over 18 years. The owner, Douglas Morrison, is a retired police officer and an army veteran. His family members that work for the company include his daughter (Annette), son (Robert) and brother (David). Annette is the General Manager and has been employed with ServiceMaster by ASAP for 10 years. She has a bachelors degree in Business Management and also coaches cheerleading at a local school. Rob is a crew leader and has also been with the company for 10 years. Rob is trained and certified in all of the services ServiceMaster by ASAP provides, from carpet cleaning to water restoration. David is a restoration technician and has been with the company for 7 years.

Our employees include our Operations Manager, Frank, who has been with the company for almost 10 years. He is trained and certified in mold, water, fire, odor and carpet cleaning. Rene is our Fire Coordinator and Administrative Assistant who is a former mold remediation customer of ours who became an employee shortly after performing the work in her home. She has been with the company for 7 years. Justin is our head carpet cleaner but also performs all other services we provide. He has been with the company for 5 years.

Almost all of our employees were born and raised in the Rochester area. The company and our employees are very active within our community, sponsoring and participating in charity fundraising activities and sponsoring numerous sports teams. We have also donated many items to the Alternatives for Battered Women shelter and plan to continue our donations to them indefinitely.
